Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Rodia safe and lawful, you agree to these rules when generating or publishing content with the service.

1. No intellectual-property infringement

You must not use Rodia to generate, reproduce, or imitate third-party trademarks, logos, brand assets, or copyrighted characters. Do not create lookalike or counterfeit branding, fake download pages, or material that passes your product off as someone else's. Rodia produces original, generic visuals and does not create third-party brand marks.

2. No deceptive marketing

You must not use generated material to make false or unverifiable feature claims, fabricate user counts, invent testimonials or reviews, exaggerate benchmarks, or otherwise mislead people. You are responsible for verifying every claim, feature, price, and performance figure before publishing.

3. No phishing, impersonation, or fraud

Do not use Rodia to build phishing pages, impersonate individuals or organisations, or support scams, malware distribution, or other fraudulent or illegal activity.

4. No harmful or prohibited content

Do not generate content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or unlawful harm. Do not attempt to generate content that infringes privacy or reveals others' personal data.

5. No misuse of the service

Do not attempt to bypass quotas, resell access, scrape the service, reverse engineer it, or overload the infrastructure.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Report abuse to support@rodisoftuk.shop. Governing law: England and Wales.
