Content License
Last updated: 2026-07-12 · Governing law: England and Wales
This license explains who owns what when you upload material to Rodia and when Rodia generates results for you.
1. Your uploaded material
You keep all ownership of the screenshots, logos, brand assets, and briefs you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that material solely to generate the results you request and to operate the service. Uploaded reference files are cached and deleted within 30 days, or sooner if you delete them.
2. Generated results
Subject to your active paid plan and to these terms, you own the commercial rights to the copy, visuals, and videos Rodia generates for your projects, and may use them for your product's launch and marketing. Because outputs are produced from generic, original styles, similar outputs may be generated for other users; the licence to your specific project outputs is granted to you.
3. Conditions of use
Your rights to generated results are conditional on compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy, including the no-infringement and no-deceptive-marketing rules. You are responsible for verifying facts, claims, and figures in anything you publish.
4. Our brand and platform
The Rodia name, interface, and underlying software remain our property. This licence does not grant you any right to our branding or to resell the service.
5. Third-party rights
You must hold the necessary rights to any material you upload. Do not upload third-party brand assets you are not authorised to use. Questions: support@rodisoftuk.shop.
