Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-12 · Governing law: England and Wales

These terms form an agreement between you and RODISOFT SOLUTIONS LTD for use of Rodia at rodisoftuk.shop. By subscribing or using the service you accept them.

1. The service

Rodia is an online-only digital subscription that generates launch copy, marketing visuals, and short product walkthrough videos from the briefs you provide. It is a creative tool delivered entirely online. We sell no physical goods and provide no on-site, installation, repair, consultancy, or done-for-you services; it is not a software development or IT consultancy service, and we do not build products or run marketing on your behalf.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 to use Rodia. Users aged 13–17 require verifiable parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and quotas

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in US dollars (USD) through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly project quota (or unlimited projects on Studio) that resets each billing cycle and does not roll over. There are no credit packs or stored balances. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. The billing statement descriptor is RODIA.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the plan does not renew. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use and no deceptive marketing

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not use generated material to make false feature claims, fabricate user numbers or reviews, exaggerate benchmarks, impersonate other products, or mislead people. You are responsible for verifying every claim, feature, price, and metric before you publish it.

6. Your content and generated results

You keep ownership of the briefs and files you upload. Rights in generated results and the licence to use them are set out in the Content License. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and published outputs do not infringe third-party rights.

7. AI disclaimer

Generated content is drafted by AI and may contain errors or generic phrasing. It is not legal, financial, investment, or medical advice. See the AI Disclaimer.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, plans, or these terms; material changes will be notified and the effective date updated.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes from published material you were responsible for reviewing. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions: support@rodisoftuk.shop.
